him would be top notch and I can definitely say nothing has changed.

Living away from the

Illawarra, I gave my father a list of what I need on the advice of Kris.

efforts that they put in to help keep you on track, having spent the first year

of my "training/gym life" seeing no results and going nowhere until I

walked into Superior Nutrition, finding that I was getting rather poor advice

from other supplement shops- with the right advice and supplements, in my

second year of training, I've lost almost 20kg and seen a massive change in my

physical health.

These guys (and girls)

are the best in the industry, they are Local, they are Independent, they are a

small family owned business, they are out there supporting all their customers,

and to top it off, they are out there supporting the local community by getting

behind events like the Illawarra Convoy.

In my opinion, Superior
